Ignition/Plug WiresOneBadasz71tahoe 05-26-2009, 03:33 PM Hey all, I'm looking at replacing my plug wires on my 1998 Tahoe soon. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a replacement brand. After discovering the hard way using after market Bosch Platinum plugs(awful), I have always gone with A/C Delco plugs on my truck. On the other hand, I have had pretty good luck with my most recent set of aftermarket Taylor ignition wires (75k and just now showing signs of wear). Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a local place that sells those any more. I am wondering if I would be at a loss if I went with a different aftermarket brand. If so, I plan to go with the OEM Delco wires. I appreciate the advice ahead of time. PJE wrenchboss26 05-26-2009, 06:19 PM i like the belden wires, and borg warner wires, they are both made by federal mogul, and are spiral core. j cAT 05-26-2009, 10:29 PM Hey all, I'm looking at replacing my plug wires on my 1998 Tahoe soon.
