Megane 2 1.9DCI EDC16 C3 Problem with ECU

The problem is the following: The car was read with Galetto 1260 and encoding of nozzles come into emergency mode and more than 1500 turnover not he was then attempted with BDM to put the original file (0281011776) because it was with a modified , but car doesn't start.Next with another ECU complex with another number BOSCH (0281011275) immobilizer is removed and now the Service lights and go back to the 1500 turnover of encoding again nozzles can not be done.

Why the new ECU doesn't start with nozzle coding?
Have you any idea to go away this problem?
