1995 Chevy Blazer 4.3L 4x4 SL v-6

My car was running perfect until I started it real quick and went into reverse with it hardly getting gas. It ran for about 10 min. and then started stalling and would start and quit and that happened a few times and then decided to run fine for 45 minutes. After I got home it has been needing me to stay on the gas pedal until the engine warms up. I drive it for 5 minutes or so fine and then starts the stalling and starting. The engine just quits. Sometimes I hear a clinking sound in the passengers side. Any thoughts would be appreciated. The car has 113900miles and always been maintained. The service engine light is also on.

Run a good fuel pressure test.

If fuel pressure is good check for good hot blue spark to all plugs.

Any codes or check engine lights in?

Has it eve been tuned up?

Thank You for that info. The Service Engine light does come on and I did have a tune up about 20K miles ago, and have never had a problem. I am trying to sell this car so I wanted to try to see what might be the problem before I have to take it to get fixed..

Have someone put a engine capable mscannere on itand rear out code.
