I know as being an American, those who go in the military in this country do it for the patriotism, the honor and the goal they wish to win for their country. Maybe that is just how we do it in America. Sure they get paid, they get paid crap. And why would anyone want to go into the service for crap pay. Lastly i have to bring up this... If it is all because of the pay... Why did sooo many men and women soldiers join the service after 911? Because they knew this country craved their efforts. And you can deny it is about honor, but you cant place your opinion of what their mindset is in their minds.
