I am working on a neighbors 03 dodge grand caravan with a 3.3liter. when you turn the key nothing happens. I read the other post on this subject and did the following.
on the starter relay I jumped #30 to #87 van turned over would not run with key on

voltage to #86 was 12volts when key turned to start

#85 had a ground

tried putting it into nuetral and same thing, when you put it into reverse the reverse lights do come on. does anyone have a suggestion as what to do next. I also shook the harness at the tranny and by the engine to see if there was a short or anything.
