How do you like the SRT8? Never really had one on my short list, but seeing what they are speculating prices to drop to now and the fact that 8 of the 10 local ChryMoCo dealers got the axe, its hard not to consider.

As SRT-8's go, I like the Challenger the best. Bad thing is the price is going to be higher

I agree with you my first option was to buy a challenger. But my other friend has one so i can just use that one. So i bought the charger SRT8. Overall they are all nice cars. I got my charger for 25,585 Dollars. And as far as gas goes it gets about 26MPG. Not that bad at all.

Doubt it. At least not from a dealership. Out of the ten ChryMoCos in the area, eight are getting the axe. No buy back from ChryMoCo, so dealers are going to be dumping inventory to cover their ass. be happy to get any money at all.

I'd rather the Charger, because at least with a sedan that big, you don't need to make excuses about the weight.

Im just guessing due to the fact that the Challenger is newer and that usually makes it more expensive. Plus the newer ones come with a 6 speed which makes me more inclined to buy it. They still are ridiculously heavy though...

26mpg?

Dodge rates those cars at 13 city and 19 highway.

How are you gaining 7mpg over the factory rating? Are you cruising at 50mph? Cause that's the only way I can see the 6.1 Hemi being able to squeeze 26mpg is if you're on cruise control at or below 50mph.

The SRT8 doesn't come with the Multi-Displacement System like the Charger R/T does. It's just a straight up brute of an engine.

Seriously?

No.

The new Charger looks nothing like the old Charger. The new Challenger looks like an old 1971 Challenger R/T.

They're nothing alike. Sorry.

I think you're full of shit... So in this story you're a street racer and in your other story you're a cop...

or am I missing something here?

How about run outside and get a pic of your cars and post it up...

He claims he is a cop yet gets street racing tickets.... and now he changed the sig to say he no longer owned a supra but had a cx-7? wtf?
