Keyless Remote Programming -325 is

Hi Guys,

I recently lost my keychain for my 1993 - 325is and along with it my remote.

I found one on e-bay and I am trying to figure out how to program it. Any help would be highly appreciated. This is a 3 button remote.

i have a 95 325i with a 3 button remote. to reprogram it i have to take the little chip in the remote and put it in the receiver/module under the dash and press the rest button. hope this help.

Just wondering if this worked for anyone. I have a 93 BMW 325is with the same problem... lost remote, found another on eBay, need to reprogram remote. I have to have the keyless remote because my door lock assembly is on the blink and it won't even open with a key! Weird but true! Any help with reprogramming instructions would be awesome... otherwise I am going to be like Bo or Luke Duke and hopping in the window! Good thing the movie is coming out soon.... maybe it will catch on so I won't have to be the only one:)
