What fuse handles cigarette lighter power in a 02 xg350?

Greetings all: My wife's 02 XG350 runs well, but she recently picked up a Tom Tom nav unit that she wants to use in her car. She's a non smoker, so she NEVER used the lighter for anything before! I go to plug in the power adapter for the navigation unit only to be greeted by a nickel behaving like a Manhole cover all but sealing in a penny that has long since shorted out the lighter power! I look under the hood only to see a myriad of fuses, none of which are clearly labeled "lighter power". Also, every fuse I saw under the hood, appeared to be intact and working.I did NOT check for an in cabin fuse box. Would someone know where the fuse or circuit breaker would be for the cigarette lighter/ dc power outlet?

It'll be in the fuse box that is on the side of the dash.
