I have got a short,what is the best way to find out what is shorted out,everytime I put in new fuse it blows,confused PLEASE HELP

first and foremost, what vehicle is it...assuming corvette, but dont know for sure. year, make, model, engine, trans and so on is always good to post regardless of what problem you are having.

next, what fuse keeps blowing when you install a new one. that helps narrow it down a bit.

If the fuse blows immediately, use a test light or an electrical tester that beeps in place of the blown fuse. The tester will stay illuminated (or beeping) until the short is fixed.

Also, as posted above, what electrical devices are protected by that blown fuse?

Follow the circuit to the device it feeds. You will probably find chafed/exposed wires.
