First of all thanks for stopping by, i know i have to get back and finish that 190e...

Anyways, i do not have a whole lot of pictures, but the few i have show suffice.

So went to my local walmart a few weeks back found this beauty:

It cost me one whole dollar! :iceslolan *plus tax

The quality, is not the 'best' but fro one dollar, i said screw it, i will attempt to turn it into a gem! :screwy: Anyways the steering rack did not turn it was seized, again 1$ > perfection.

Now with the 'jdm'-ness. :loser: Yes i am aware that the steering wheel is on the CORRECT side, i never said it was authentic, just JDM inspired ;)

The color scheme, i decided to go crazy with looked at my testors paints and went nuts, keeping in mind tones/patterns that would work and keep with JDM looks. Pretty much i went on Google and searched hoards of images of crazy JDM seats and wil concepts.

What came to mind first? Takata green of course!

****sorry about the first two large pictures! I have no idea as to why they came out that big after editing them twice!

Anyways, returning to the 'crazy colors idea' i decided to tackle the interior. I kept it simple. Originally silver ext. and black int. Oh how exciting! :screwy:

So i looked at my paints again and referenced some random pictures. I came up with: Grey bolsters/back, black/purple/dark blue inserts.

I further applied silver paint to the shift knob, e-brake, vents and center dash trim piece as well as silver pedals. I took the idea and applied the purple to the lower door inserts. While maintaining the silver on the arm rest portion of the door with one Small touch of blue.

As you will notice, Takata green did not disappear, note the drivers side harness! ;) And i added a regular seat belt for the passenger side. Adding a modification to the seats was cutting out the hole you see as part of the headrest, otherwise the harness would look messed up and in my opinion turned the factory seats into a decent lookign seat overall!

For the trunk i added a little bottle of the laughing gas :naughty:

For staters, i got rid of the wing, IIRC it was the one off the Efini RX-7's, i wasnt a fan as you can tell. There is an exhaust on the car, again made by had and took a little patience to get just right.

The front bumper lights received a black housing, and now looks more accurate. Of course the wheels are green.

Last thing to note, the front end was severly dropped, it will not go lower without extensive modification. The rear is the height the car came with, should be adjusted soon with a little camber ;) Last thing you will see are the Japanese plates i had put on, look far better than the generic 'RX-7' plates it had front & back.

***future:

2. I am aware the tailights are not up to spec [all red = yuck, will receive the all dark]
3. fix up the trunk lid
4. Subwoofer
5. detail engine bay
6. ? roll bar maybe
7. black out the hood
8. Little details such as around the door in black as per factory specs!!!
