pulled codes for misfire in cylinder 5 had ingector relaced and nothig. still running rough and light is flashing .a guy told me may be computer ? any suggestions

Don't overlook the electrical side of the equation... Plug / plug wire / coil pack should be looked at also.

plug and wire was checked . said to be okive been reading alot about egr port clogged or isolator bolt

I had a misfire on #3 on my '02 Replaced plug - no change, replaced plug wire - no change, replaced coil pack - misfire went away. If you're going to change coil pack - it's easier to do by taking the cowl off. While the cowl is off, change the rear plugs and put new plug wires on AND it'll be a good time to change the brake fluid because you'll have easy access to the reservoir.
