I have a 2000 Grand Caravan sport and when you try to start it there is a click followed by the lights starting to flash and act as if it is in "anti theft" mode.
If you shut all the doors, unlock-lock-unlock the doors with the key fob it will start and run fine until you shut it off and then have to do it over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Welcome aboard. Try disconnecting the negative battery cable a few minutes to reset everything. If that doesn't do it you may need to have the SKIM mounted in the steering column reprogrammed or replaced.

EDIT - Forgot to mention your dealership can read theft system codes with a specialised scanner.
