Gonna check out '68 mustang, what should I look forbobbyd3 04-21-2009, 03:21 PM I happened to take the long way to work yesterday and saw a 1968 mustang for sale in front of some house. Stopped to look at it and body wasn't bad and was asking $2,500 for it but if I buy in cash I can probly get it for $1800-2000. I am gonna go meet the guy in a little while to start it up, talk to guy about it etc.. Just wondering if anyone had any advice on things to look for. I know to check floor boards, sub-frame etc... I dont expect it to be in perfect condition but dont want to buy a lawn ornament. I hope you found a good one. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
