California Smog legal Header with Cat ?

I have a 1999 Honda Civic DX that is Smog legal for use in California and my exhaust manifold has a crack down the middle. The vehicle has too many miles to qualify for warranty replacement of the manifold. Since this is the second time this has cracked I was wondering what my options are.
I looked at it and did not notice where the original would separate into top / bottom sections. I am hoping someone knows of an affordable header with Cat that will simply bolt on or what else are my options?

Have any of you used a stock replacement that last longer than the OEM versions which my first cracked at 55k, my second (also OEM) I just noticed it cracked 33k miles later
