My mustang crank but don't start

I have a mustang gt 2000 ,I was driving normal like two months ago and was raining hard,well after driving for like 10 minutes I passed a hole,and the car stop working,I pulled over and I was trying to start again ,but just the car was crancking but did not start,...I left the car there bcause was raining hard,the next day a mechanic come to pick up my car ,he said he change already the computer and is not working yet,he said he checked all relays,fuse,electrical, and nothing...is something else i can do to fix my car..I forgot the screen of the miles show me empty just like this-------- is it somebody there can helpe?
