My '97 Jimmy is making a popping noise in tight turns. Any thoughts?

When or if you do your own oil change try lubing the steering stops on the lower control arm this will correct popping noise. This make and supension has had this for a lot of years. Steering stops are located on lower control arm should look like a peice of metal that was welded into place and may have a very shinny place worn into them.
