I cant say enough about this car. :) I would like to make a special note about the tub of the car. Notice in the pic where he is sitting in the car where the door is open. Yes, not your typical car. :p
I would suppose this too would be a carbon fibre tub. This is pure speculation as I havent read too much up on this specific ferarri?

The Owner of this Enzo owns a large construction company here in Greensbro,NC. The owner also owns(owned) a 360 Challange, 360 Spider, 333 SP, and 3 porsches but sold them all for the Enzo.
I asked him if it was his Enzo and he repiles with Eyes wide open and a HUGE smile...
" I have been waiting 65 years for this!!!":) :D

OH MYYY!!! That is so sweet, and you are lucky to have been able to sit in it. I think it great how they gauges are the same color as the car, it just adds that extra touch. I love this car and can't get enough of it.

i'm sorry that wasn't nice. Pure jeolosy!
i can't believe that he sold all his cars to get the enzo!! I would have at least kept the 333sp and a porshe.
My god that guy is one of the luckiest men in the world! Good for him!

Do you work for Foreign Cars Italia? I used to drive past there on my way to work every day. That place can cause accidents on the road in front of it just by being there.

Damn... Your indeed lucky lol and so is that guy. I saw your other topic in F355. I live in Georgia and I visited Ferrari of Atlanta. But sadly I missed the Enzo they had. Some guy from some other country bought it but the car was supposed to be there when I was there. Wasnt planned , but I woudl have been lucky. But anyhow hehe the guy decided to pick it up early.
BTW the guy who bought the Enzo did he have to buy a 550 Barchetta also before he could get the Enzo. Reason I ask is because when I was down at the dealership in Atlanta one of the salesman working there told me that in order to be able to purchase the ENzo you had to buy the Barchetta . But that when your Enzo was available you could give the Barchetta back or something. Kind of like a down payment I guess. (no lie)
BTW (again) lol what kind of job does your dad have? if its not to much to ask :)

Maybe he could find them cheap on ebay.:D

I just read that too. Great issue. They seem to think very highly of the Enzo. Called it perfect in almost every category. But they didn't test the McLaren.....

Oh, yeah, I forgot about inheritance and winning the lottery. Those are a few ways to get rich quick. You don't need any time for that, just luck. I would think it feels better to spend money that you earned yourself, though. :)

I saw in the August Motor Trend that the break pads on the Ferrari Enzo are $9,000 and the discs are $24,000!!!
I guess if you can spend the amount an enzo costs, you can pay for the breaks too. I'll take mine for $50 anyday though.

You're absolutely right. I saw it on motortrend television. 9 grand for the pads and 24 grand for the rotors. That's 33 Grand total just for brakes. I could buy any variety of cars for that including the new cobra...hmmm....Enzo drivers must be insane!

First off, I'd say it's better than the Veyron. But anyways, I thought it was funy how the owner said that the cost of the oil change was something he couldn't afford. Obviously he was kidding, but still says something about ferrari as a company (though not of their cars, nothing can scathe the quality of a ferrari)
