Is there any engine that will swap dirrectly into the 89 toyota pickup sr5 (3vz-e) without changing transmission or 4wd systems.

There is no drop in replacement.
The closest thing to a direct swap would be the 3.4 that replaced the 3.0.
The Celica 5MGE or 7MGE would be next.
Any swap will require some changes.
