Factory exhaust pipe dimensions 1999 Jimmy 4.3

Anyone know the OD dimensions of the factory pipe right before the catalytic converter flange and the OD of the tailpipe as it exits the muffler? I am getting ready to do a custom exhaust and I am hoping to find these dimensions before cutting so I can order parts first.
