Stock 94 Cavalier power locks are sticky

The locks on the 2 back doors are sticky. One doesn't stay locked, the other one never unlocks. They work only with manual assistance.

Mild soap on a damp sponge should unsticky them :) Sorry, couldn't resist
Check for voltage drops in the wiring from the switch to the lock to ground. Sometimes the actuators stop working as good when they get old. I'm not sure of a spec for resistance on them, but you could buy a new one and check the resistance on that and compare it. If you don't need it, just return it.
