97 Geo Metro LSI Auto 4cyl TIMING??

I have a '97 Geo Metro LSI Auto trans 4cyl
And I can't figure this out. View my other post here:

I checked the timing and this is what it was set at when I first got the car:

Then I set it to the 5 mark on that plastic plate then it got to where I could step on the gas rapidly and the engine would die. So now I set it back and its better, but still doesn't seem like it's fast enough.
In the Pic above, is that where the timing should be???

It looks as though your timing belt is off one tooth.

Okay, so would that cause it to be slow to accelerate?

Yes it would. We asked you about that in the other thread. We also informed you that 150 PSI is below factory minimum of 156 PSI. This may be related to the timing belt off.
