Where is the 4Runner-96-2.7litre-4cyl engine block fluid Drain Plugs

Trying to do a proper flushing of the coolent fluid. Can't find the "Engine Block Drain "? Anyone has a clue to share so I can unplugge it to release the fluid!
Successfully accessed and release fluid from the radiator plug !
