new storm owner

hey all!
just purchased a 1991 storm from a good friend of mine, things cuter then anything!
got a question about the auto trans, is the kickdown adjustable? or is it ECM controlled? also it feels a bit slow on the acceleration, it's the SOHC 1.6 any suggestions on performance mods? it's got the duel exhaust on it, how much will a cold air intake help, or should i go with the K&N filter, and open up the airbox?
