Tried to put a stereo to my car (redid some wires.... yeah I know, noob move)

My car went without any lights/blinkers. Stereo didnt even turn on. Fuse alert on in my car (2000 Dodge Neon)

I went to buy some fuses and put some in. Now everything works again but the stereo. Car still signaling fuse alarm too.

So............ Yeah..... I know I ****ed up, what can I do?
