while car was running ,checked fuse for lighter ,car died wont start again . lights can be turned on ,dash everything else is dead. Is this a computer issue ,or did I just royally screw up ?

Not very clear here, how and why did you check this fuse, does the car crank and not start?

okay. had started the car .decided to see if fuse was blown anywhere in either fuse block , there was an extraneous wire which at this point found out went behind stereo but was not connected to it or anything else . wire was attached to two fuses in block , when wire was released from fuse block ,car died. Tried to restart it, all das lights dead ,does not act like it has any juice at all , interior lights work, electric seats work, trunk, and fuel door works ,but will not even attempt to crank. Please help ! (lighter wasnt working )
