I boosted the car off after dieing and now it makes a noise on the right front of where the engine is. Not sure if how to tow in or can I fix.

water pump is between the power steering pump and the engine, left (driver) side of engine, are you listening to the air pump or the alt? they are on the right (passenger) side of the engine. if you are not sure what is making noise you might want someone else to fix it.
