Anybody knows how to fix code p0443?

Diagnostic Trouble Code No. P0443: Malfunction is detected when An improper voltage signal is sent to ECM through
the EVAP valve. (See Manual page EC-180)

Check Items (Possible Cause)
Harness or connectors (see link below)
EVAP canister purge volume control valve (The valve circuit is open or shorted.)
