95 gmc jimmy stuck in second gear.....

I changed the transmission fluid and filter, now it is stuck in second gear. It is fine in reverse.... Any ideas on what I might have screwed up??? No check engine light either...

Make sure you did not loosen the main plug into the trans , if ok, pull the pan and check the solenoid connections.
