My 2004 CRV has developed a vibration at high speed under load (going up hills). Mileage is 112K. I just had a full tune up and valve adjustment. The dealer had me replace the front axles for the vibration but that did not do it. Now they want to replace the cylinder head. Any thoughts suggestions? Tires are good.
