First fuel light turned on and then as I was driving the car around some more, I felt a short pressure drop followed by white smoke out the exhaust. Took the car to the family mechanicand he said its gonna be $600 just for the pump and another $800 for labor cuz its inside the engine.

So I just decided to look for a new engine as my engine already had 215k miles on it. Anyone have an extra KA lying around for a quick sale/fix? Or where is the most reliable and cheap place to get an SR?

I know theres sr20store, gdimesnsion, jdmonline, signal auto, and other sites for over here in CA but where did u guys get ur engine?
