Liquid sound when I start my 99 S10 and drive it out of my driveway. What is this?

Is this sound due to my fuel pump? I just had it replaced a few months ago. Can someone help?

Check the coolant level. It's very common for the intake manifold gaskets to leak internally, externally, or both, on the 4.3L engine. If the coolant is low, you're probably hearing the coolant slosh through the heater core.
