I have purchased a power chip for my 2004 Ford F150 4.6 V8. It will require a simple connection to the IAT Sensor Harness. I would like to know the location of the sensor and it's related harness.

I also would like to hear from anyone who has installed a powerchip on their F150 4.6 to tell me if this had any improvement in mpg/increased hp as it was set at the optimum setting for normal driving. Also if you got increased hp at the max power setting for i.e. trailer towing and/or carrying extra loads in the rear bed.

Do NOT install this "chip" it is not a chip at all and will not improve your performance or MPG. Send it back and try to get a refund.
