You will probably need a carb. kit to do this. Also check all vacuum operated pull offs. I use a vacuum pump. If its throttle body fuel injected check the fuel pressure. http://www.autopart.com/tools/toolsmain/tool/T_3435.htm If just low check the fuel pressure regulator. Use a can of carb. cleaner and spray around all vacuum openings. If you have an air leak it will smooth out quickly.
