Is there anyway to disarm the alarm on an 01 Ford Taurus, the alarm just goes off for no reason at all, at all hours of the night and is very annoying. Can I disarm the alarm and still be able to use the keyless entry?

Do the interior lights, key in ignition, or headlight on chimes work like they should when the driver's door is opened? You might have a door pin switch that is malfunctioning like is so common on the Taurus (and other Ford products).
