Rythmic engine noise in '03 cavalier

My '03 Cavalier 2.2 engine makes a rhythmic low-pitched noise when I'm between 70 and 75 mph. Maybe the noise is every half second. Those speeds are the hard cutoff. 69 and 76 sound fine.

Any ideas?
