Hi, It is my intention to buy a SUV price range of $7,000 when I arrive in Kissimmee 34746 in early April.
What add on costs can I expect when buying from a dealer i.e what does the following mean in money terms for a $7k purchase: Sales Tax, Title, License Fee, Registration Fee, Finance Charges, Emission Testing Fees and Compliance Fees are additional to the advertised price.

Thre shouldn't be any finance charges as it will be a cash deal. What is Emission Testing fees.
