99 escalade will only crank and run when i put gas in the air intake under the hood and it will die when i hit the gas the fuel pump is makin the hmmm noise and just put new fuel filter and when im stopped in gear my rmp jump and it wants to die

anyone have any idea wats going on

Check fuel pressure and look for 60-65 psi.

k so if its reading less then that then most likly it my fuel pump going out ?
