Ok, i bought a 1995 avenger 3 months ago i feel in love with it when i first saw it that weekend i got it i started noticing it had problems i managed to take it for a while then i went to put tires on it i got a call back saying theres a serious problem with it and if i drive it it could screw the car up because the person or people that owned it before never took care of it which makes me mad cause its a amazing car, so anyways i replaced my passengers side hub and bearing straightned the wheel cause the hit a curb thats fine and dandy, i realized the poor thing had no oil in it so i put oil in it and then the spark plug and wire closest to my passenger side has a little leak on top of the engine i was told it was nothing major, oh when i got my tires changed i was told my suspension was going to be going soon so lately ive noticed my suspension is shot when ever i turn i hear something i don't know if it's cause of my suspension or what, but im so in love with this car i want to fix it. i cant get rid of it does anybody know what these problems could be? i just want this car fixed and back on the road.

I dont know anything about Avengers, but any 14 year old car will have things that are wearing out. Some of them may be items that prior owners didnt take care of, but some will just be normal wear and tear. As for the suspension going - everything on the suspension that will wear out is replaceable. Unless the car is rusty or you are starting to see blue smoke coming out the exhaust pipe, an older car is almost always worth repairing, as opposed to paying more for a new or newer car.
You didnt say how many miles are on the car, but it would help folks advise you.
You might want to buy the Chilton or Haynes manual for this car, and read it from cover to cover. It will help you learn about your machine.

Hi thanks for the reply, my car only has 175k on it. it does not have blue smoke but is starting to rust a little bit i know for sure my suspension is shot but i'm trying to see if it's affecting the steering and my tires cause when ever i turn even at the slightest thing it makes a noise and i cant figure out if thats my suspensions doing or what :uhoh:
