F150 transmission problem, need help

I have a 1995 F150 4x4 / standard trans.
I am not able to get it into 1st or 2nd gear, and will
also not go into 4x4. Anybody have any ideas what the
problem might be? And what it might cost to repair?
Truck has 70K miles.
