My 96 mustang V6 has been sitting for a year and a half and not been started. About a two months ago, I would try to start it and it would turn over, but not crank. I replaced the battery and still the same thing. I tried to start it today, and it would not even turn over. I tried to hook up some jumper cables, but still nothing. Any input would be great!
