By manually do you mean that you disconnected battery for 3-5 minutes to clear codes?

Which engine? mileage

Have you checked fuel pressure and fuel pressure regulator. I had a 95 voyager with a 3.3 engine that the accelerator had to be to the floor to start and it was the fuel pressure regulator not sure if it would pertain to yours but worth checking.

Sounds like a bad fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. Get a fuel pressure tester on it on and post readings. When you disconnect the fuel pressure regulator hose there should not be any gas in line and the pressure should increase by about 10psi.
