ok i put my car (1998 Cavalier 2.2) into a snowbank yesterday and in the process of getting it out- the girl driving the car didnt realize it was overheating- fan wasnt kicking in- it was packed full of snow.
well now i cannot get the fan to kick on- and i dont wanna get stuck with an overheating car- its throwing the code PO480- Cooling Fan Circuit 1
i replaced the cooling fan relay under the hood- and it didnt work- of course its winter so it takes awhile to get the car hot enough to need the fan- so i didnt check to see if the fan kicks on after the replacement of the relay- now the question remains- WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS CAR?!
thanks- much aprreciative if you can help me-
