Different horn?mike561 02-05-2009, 11:49 PM Im thinking of getting one of those 12 volt funny "ooga" horns. question is can i wire it up with the existing horn relay thats already in the car and just switch out the horn under the hood? or do i even need a relay at all and can just wire it directly from a batt feed? bhw33191 02-06-2009, 08:08 AM haha that'd be hilarious. what i think would be even better is if you got that dukes of hazard horn! but anyway if its the type of thing thats an aftermarket gadget for cars then it should hook right up. i dont see why not..unless you were modifying something that wasn't meant to be used on a 12 volt system or something like that. mike561 02-06-2009, 12:14 PM Ill try it out, i jus dont wanna end up blowing the relay on my fuse panel, i wasnt sure if the ooga horn pulls more power than the stock one. I dont know much about this type electrical stuff lol vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
