Chrome Bumper Trim

The bumper trim on my PA is starting to crack and the surface is peeling off. If I can find a replacement, how does it install? Do I have to take the bumpers off to replace the chrome trim?

You can buy a replacement from GM. Do not be tempted to buy an aftermarket brand like I did. The chrome only lasted for about 1 year and then started to blister and peel. The rear bumper chrome is easy to remove. It sort of clips in place and no screws are involved. You need to reach under the bumper and release the old chrome piece. You will see what I mean when you buy the new one and examine the clips. It is very easy to do.
