to anyone that can help:i have a 1999 lumina ltz with a 3.8 liter engine.under the hood there are 2 fuel lines.1 that connects to the fuel rail on the frontside of the motor(near the fuel pressure regulator)and 1 one the fuel rail on the rearside of the motor.these lines are connected to the fuel rails by plastic connectors.the one on the rearside is leaking fuel at the connection.can i(non-mechanic)replace this connector?also what is the actual name of the part and can it be purchased at a auto parts store other than the dealership.(not open on saturday)any help is appreciated.i am going to try to attempt to attach pics.thanx in advance.pepsiPAID.

Napa has fuel line repair kits for this line. No way to answer if you are capable of this repair, this is a high pressure line and an improper repair could be dangerous.
