'98 Blazer - Air Not Blowing Through Floor Vents

Hi all, new to the site!

I have a '98 2WD Blazer that is not flowing air out the floor vents. I realize this may very well be a vacuum issue, or perhaps a stuck actuator, etc..

Air will only flow out the defroster vents when the selector is set to floor.
Air will also flow out the front vents when set to the front vent setting, so I know the switch itself is getting vacuum.Any advice is appreciated!

I really could use a vacuum routing diagram for the ventilation system.

How much of a pain in the a** am I in for here? :uhoh:
