Just wanted to bitch a little....i just found out today that all JDM SR20DE's are high port motors and mine is a low port. Yes, i know the high port is supposedly better but why? the reason i want to bitch is because i just got a hotshot CAI for my low port and it won't fit a JDM SR20DE, i haven't had this thing but a month....Man its sad the way life likes to laugh at me...i know i can switch manifold but right now i like shit can't i get a break from the bad news....
1. Your motors shot
2. Your Clutch is shot
3. Your broke as hell and wish you could get a DET
4. Your motors a Low port

Sorry for wasting your time bitching.:silly2:

Actually, you would have to switch the head as well. You can'd just switch manifolds.

Just curious, why? I was told you would be able to switch the manifolds with out any problems. I would like to know whats different if you dont mind. :)

Ok, I found this out. On the high port, the intake ports are pointed upwards, and on the low port, they are flat. Correct?

I don't know if low ports are flat, but yes, the high ports point up and the low ports point significantly lower.
