I have a 1999 2-door Accent. Behind the rear seat there should be a cover to hide what is in the trunk and it is missing. I have been looking everywhere online and cannot find it. And at the dealer, the picture they pulled up didn't look right and would cost me $250. My parents used to have an Accent and the cover is just some cardboard type material that pivots up with the rear hatchback type trunk lid. Can anyone help?

$250 is actually cheap. Considering the price is actually a lot more than that. I bet they looked up the rear package tray for the 4 door, which is in line with the $250 price. Which one of the pics did they show you? The first pic is the 4 door, 2nd one is the 2 door hatch. For the 4 door, the rear package tray lists at $214.35 or $218.65, depending on color. The 3 door, list price is $316.31 or $335.53, also depending on color. Most dealers charge more than list, thus putting the 4 door price more in line with what they quoted you.

Maybe you can find one at an auto scrap. It will cost about nothing (thity five or less).
