i have a 96 b2300 2wd pickup i am trying to find a replacement spindle from a wrecking yard. one guy said he has a 94 ranger spindle and that they are the same part. how do i go about finding if parts from the 2 trucks are interchangeable and what years. i know the ford ranger and the mazda b series pickups are identical looking but im not sure how identical they are

Wrecking yards use what is called or used to be the EDEN system which gives the interchanges of parts for vehicles. Ask the person where he got the information. Or call a parts house and see what they say.
