I know you all have seen this movie , well . The green Eclipse , What kind of exaust does he have , it sounds so sweet .

I'm not sure, but I hope you know that it had alot to do with the fact it was turbocharged.

Exactly.

Get the exhaust that best suits your car. For a Honda engine ~1.6L, you want either 2" or 2.25" (max in my opinion) with free flow muffler and high flow cat. Then add headers/extractors later.

The reason most people get performance exhausts is not noise!

If you have ever watched mtv's "I'm a street racer" well the sound clip for the green eclipse was taken from the guy by the name of Greg on the i'm street racers turboed CRX.

yeah, I saw "true life I'm a street racer", I must have missed that part of it though. Anyways, I'm running a high flow cat, new piping, and about a 3" exhaust, works great for me. Right away I noticed some gains in high rev. range, but if I shift too soon, it bogs down on the gears a bit, (my bad) :flipa:
But I really liked that eclipse. Not just cause it was all fixed up, but cause it was a mean, green, racin' machine!!!!!!!!!!!!

toyota supra with a T72 turbo, greddy ehxuast, greddy BOV, and greddy headers sounds SO sweet when it revs...

that eclipse sounded sweet, looked like greddy exhaust

that eclipse sounded like my car with my greddy evolution, only the eclipse was a lot louder. I'm pretty sure that's where they got the sound bite from, a greddy evo. Too bad I can't match the eclipses blow off valve though.... :(

I had a question I want to go turbo on my b16a2...can I get a trubo exaust and then go turbo or will there be too much flow? I want to get exaust, but I cannot afford a turbo right now, but I am going to go turbo soon in the future!

Go ahead and get the turbo exhaust now. It won't really hurt anything. It just won't give you as much as a gain with N/A as a 2.25 would. It has to do with backpressure and temperature.

uh...guys...the BOV was added sound...the guy who bought it was pretty surprised tha tit wasn't turbo charged...(thas wut i've heard atleast)

i really dun't see why ppl like the greddy evo so much...i've heard it on my friens' 00 SI, an some fool w/ a baby blue b16'd civic, an BOTH sound like ish...jus my opinion tho.
